In order to apply for a promotion you MUST meet these requirements:
1. You've been a part of the community for at least 2 weeks. This means that the date you signed up on the forums MUST be at least two weeks ago.
2. You are at least 14 years or older. Unless given permissions from a community leader.
3. You have NOT been banned or kicked for the past month.
4. You've read and understood ALL rules.
